Job Description

Activities:
Review of requests for change to ensure the information is accurate and meets change governance standards
Request creation of (or raise) change records
Ensure all artifacts are attached, impact statements & back out plans are defined in the change record.
Monitor and support changes primarily on the following status : approval status, ready for execution status (Test & PR Env), execution status.
Ensure Business Verification scenarios are in place and team available to execute them.
Represent changes in various change board meetings.
Maintain and distribute a daily changes overview
Work with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of builds and test reports
Forecast, plan, coordinate & support deployments on test environments
Attend release management meetings
Assist in planning and scheduling of releases in alignment with the Global Release Calendar.
Highlight the release toll gate status
Help project managers to pass release toll gates

Key deliverables:

Improve change stability, production dates should not move constantly
Ensure all changes receive appropriate sign-off and follow the Change Management Process
Ensure changes smoothly transition through the change process

Provide run-book information for release weekend planning.
Ensure existence of release scope document ,release notes and test reports
